Youth for Tolerance is organizing two university contests:
Best TV Ad Script

What?
Participants have to come up with the script for a 30 second TV ad on the topics of diversity, peace-building and citizenship. Please view our TV ads section on this website to get an idea of previous work that our members have done and aired on national stations.
Why?
- The writer of the best script will win a Panasonic Lumix Camera DMC-LZ8GC9-S, 8.1 MP, 5x Optical Zoom, 2.5"/230K LCD, Leica Lens. In addition, the best script may be produced by our team and aired on national TV stations. For all of you who want to become famous fast, here’s your chance!
- The writer of the second best script will win an IPOD Nano-Chromatic 8 GB.
- Best 10 scripts will be posted on our website with the appropriate credits.
Who?
Any university student can participate. You do not need to major in the Audiovisual field.
When?
Send us your name, university and major and a brief statement of your intention to participate in this competition. Please send your email BEFORE Dec 15, 2008. Click here to submit your email via our online form and we will send you further instructions about how to submit your final work.
Best Design

What?
Participants have to come up with a billboard or poster design as part of a campaign to promote diversity and tolerance in Lebanon.
Why?
- The prize for the best poster is a Panasonic Lumix Camera DMC-LZ8GC9-S, 8.1 MP, 5x Optical Zoom, 2.5"/230K LCD, Leica Lens.
- The prize for the best billboard is an IPOD Nano-Chromatic 8 GB.
- Best 5 designs in each category (poster or billboard) will win nominal prizes and will be posted on our website with the appropriate credits.
